By emphasizing the importance of governance in financial institutions, the study highlights the significance of accountability, transparency, and ethical practices in all sectors. Moreover, the role of the board of directors in defining strategies and promoting best practices can be applied to various industries, including engineering projects and scientific research. Overall, the outcomes for this paper underscore the importance of good governance practices in fostering organizational success and promoting a holistic view of operations. By incorporating these principles into engineering and natural sciences, organizations can enhance their performance, credibility, and impact on society.
