Author Guidelines

ARTICLE PREPARATION

ARTICLE SUBMISSION
Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

It is the author's responsibility to fill metadata during the upload by entering names of each author in correct order, as well as entering title and abstract.

Submission Status

The status of the uploaded article can be one of the following: Unassigned, In Review, In Editing and Archived.

Unassigned - means awaiting assignment to an Editor or Section Editor.

In Review - means Editor or Section Editor is assigned.

In Editing - means the manuscript is accepted and the status changed from “In Review” to “In Editing”.

Archived - means the manuscript is no longer "active" in the journal submission system appears after: (1) The submission is rejected as unsuitable and archived without peer review; or (2) the submission is accepted for publication and published.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. All authors have significantly contributed to the research.
  3. The submission file is in Microsoft Word document format.
  4. The manuscript is prepared per PEN template.
    The text is single-spaced; uses a 11-point Times New Roman font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. Permission are secured for reuse the material borrowed from another source such as (Figures, Tables, Photographs, etc.) and the original source is cited properly.
  7. The author(s) are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes.
  8. The list of references, financial support for the research was provided.
  9. Please suggest 3 to 5 international reviewers in field "Comments for the Editor" below.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
